Where Will My Cat Stay During Boarding?

Cats need space that feels secure, separate, and thoughtfully arranged. Our feline resort is designed to give each guest their own comfortable retreat with room to rest, explore, and observe.

Each cat stays in a private Harmony Suite, which includes a bi-level layout with a separate sleeping area and litter space. Large windows provide natural light and outside views, while calming pheromone sprays and soft music help create a more relaxed environment throughout their stay.

To make their visit even more comfortable, we encourage pet owners to bring familiar items from home, including food, treats, medications, and litter. This helps reduce stress and allows cats to maintain a routine that feels more like home.

For added enrichment and attention, optional services are available, including interactive play sessions, brushing and snuggle time, and special treats tailored to your cat’s preferences.

What Is Required for My Cat to Board?

To keep all guests safe and healthy, we require up-to-date vaccinations and preventive care before boarding. These requirements help maintain a clean, low-stress environment for every cat in our care.

Cats must be current on the following:

  • FVRCP (Feline Distemper)
  • Rabies
  • Negative fecal test every six months
  • Approved flea prevention

For additional protection, we also require:

  • FeLV / FIV test within your cat’s lifetime if strictly indoors
  • Annual FeLV / FIV testing for cats that go outdoors

To help your cat adjust more comfortably, we also recommend bringing their usual litter (about 3-4 cups per day) from home. Cats can be sensitive to changes, and familiar materials can make a meaningful difference in how quickly they settle in.

What Are Your Drop-Off and Pick-Up Hours?

We offer convenient hours for dropping off or picking up your cat during the week, with limited availability on Saturday and pick-up only on Sunday.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday is by appointment only for pick up, must prepay. NO DROP OFFS AVAILABLE.

Note: Late check-out is available after noon for an additional fee of half the room rate.
