Marissa Kelbach
Marissa is a certified pet groomer with over 10 years of professional grooming experience and has been part of the Paws at Play Resort & Daycare team for nearly five years. She holds specialized certifications in grooming Doodle breeds and advanced skin healthcare, along with certification as an AKC Bathing Specialist.
She values continued education and is always looking for ways to expand her knowledge and refine her skills. Marissa began her grooming career working with horses at Otterbein University and remains passionate about caring for animals of all kinds. Outside the salon, she competes with her own dogs in Rally, Fast CAT, and Obedience events.
Shauna Ciolek
Shauna has been with Paws at Play Resort & Daycare for over seven years and brings 20 years of grooming experience to her work. She focuses on fear-free grooming techniques, taking the time to work closely with both pets and their owners to create a more comfortable experience.
Shauna has extensive experience with trimming nails for fearful pets and performing sedated grooms when needed. While she enjoys working with all breeds, she especially likes styling Shelties and Pomskies. Outside of work, she spends time with her family, watches NASCAR, and enjoys attending concerts.
