Where Will My Dog Stay?

Your dog’s environment plays a big role in how they adjust to boarding. That’s why we’ve designed our resort with comfort, visibility, and routine in mind.

All canine guests stay in private suites — never traditional cages — so they have room to rest and relax between activities. Glass-front doors help reduce stress by allowing dogs to see their surroundings, while open layouts and natural light create a more comfortable atmosphere.

We offer multiple suite options to match your dog’s size and preferences:

Serenity Suites

Our Serenity Suites provide a cozy, comfortable space with a raised cot for rest.

Serenity Excellence Suites

These suites offer additional room for dogs who benefit from more space to stretch out.

Tranquility Suites

Tranquility Suites include window views, giving dogs natural light and visual enrichment throughout the day.

Tranquility Excellence Suites

These suites offer the most space, along with added features like multiple windows and in-room TVs for a more enriched stay.

All guests receive at least three outdoor breaks daily for exercise and bathroom needs, along with daily monitoring to ensure they are eating well and adjusting comfortably. To help maintain routine, we recommend bringing your dog’s regular food from home. This can help reduce digestive upset and make the transition into boarding smoother. For added enrichment, dogs can enjoy daycare (for established daycare clients), grooming services, or one-on-one attention during their stay.

What Is Required for My Dog to Board?

To maintain a safe and healthy environment for all guests, we require up-to-date vaccinations and preventative care before booking.

Dogs must be current on:

  • Distemper / Parvo
  • Rabies
  • Bordetella
  • Leptospirosis
  • Canine Influenza
  • Negative fecal test every six months
  • Approved flea prevention

Additional requirements may apply for dogs participating in daycare or other services.

What Are Your Drop-Off and Pick-Up Hours?

We offer convenient hours for dropping off or picking up your dog during the week, with limited availability on Saturday and pick-up only on Sunday.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday is by appointment only for pick up, must prepay. NO DROP OFFS AVAILABLE.

Note: Late check-out is available after noon for an additional fee of half the room rate.
